General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to FACIALIST MEDICALSPA GmbH. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the terms and conditions for using our services and products. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product, you agree to these GTC.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations made later, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. Please contact us by phone or email to cancel an appointment.

Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust the prices of our services and products. The price confirmed at the time of booking is binding. Current prices can be found on our website.

Informed Consent

For many procedures, therapies, and treatments, informed consent is required. Patients must sign the consent form, which must be submitted no later than immediately before the treatment. For legal reasons, we cannot perform procedures, therapies, or treatments without this signature.

Private Tariff Services and Products

Our services and products provided under private tariff (e.g., aesthetic treatments, cosmetic products) are due for immediate payment. We accept cash, debit and credit cards, as well as Twint.

Subscriptions

Selected cosmetic treatments are available as 3-session subscriptions, as indicated on our website and price list. The subscription must be paid for after the first treatment and applies to the completed and the following two treatments. Subscriptions cannot be purchased retroactively.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Packages

Packages may include post-treatment products, which are included in the package price. These products are part of the package and cannot be deducted, even if the patient chooses to forgo them.

Reminders / Payment Delays

Invoices must be paid within 10 days without deduction. From the second reminder, a late fee of CHF 30 will be charged.

Contractual Partner

Your contractual partner is exclusively FACIALIST MEDICALSPA GmbH.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the conflict of laws rules of private international law. All disputes shall be resolved by the courts in Zug (city).
